REKRUTIERUNG FÜR ENERGIESPARDIENST24

Vor einigen Monaten hat enzoo für den EnergieSparDienst24 eine neue Plattform zum Rekrutieren von freien Vertriebsmitarbeitern aufgesetzt. Dank intelligentem SEO und SEA hat sie in den letzten zwei Monaten enorm zugelegt in Sachen Sichtbarkeit, Besucher und Leads.

So konnte die Sichtbarkeit um das 2.000-fache gesteigert werden. Die Besucherzahlen haben sich in diesem Zeitraum verdreifacht. Ebenso zugenommen haben die Zahlen der qualifizierten Leads. Enorm gesunken hingegen sind die Kosten pro Lead. Die Seite entwickelt sich weiterhin positiv, was heißt, dass in Zukunft noch mehr Leads zu noch geringeren Kosten gewonnen werden können.

Internet ist auch nur ein Trend

It’s true: Internet ist doch nichts anderes als ein Trend. Völlig überbewertet oder auch overestimated. Braucht kein Mensch. Oder vielleicht doch?

Fakt ist, dass heute jeder meint, Internet verstanden zu haben. Begrifflichkeiten wie Onepage-Design, SEO, Usability oder SEO werden wie Wurfgeschosse eingesetzt und man muss zunehmend oft ausweichen. Fakt ist aber auch, dass Internet und Websiten und Responsive Design und Search Engine Optimization nur klitzekleine Bestandteile einer großen großen großen Digitalisierung sind. Ein weiterer Fakt ist, dass je einfacher die Dinge aussehen und je einfacher sie in der Nutzung sind, um so intelligenter und komplexer sind meist die Systeme, die dahinter stecken.

Diese Worte aus aktuellem Anlass, nachdem wir innerhalb weniger Tage mehrmals erleben mussten, dass Kunden, die digitale Projekte beauftragen nur vermeintlich die Prozesse dahinter verstehen, tatsächlich aber nur mit den Ergebnissen arbeiten. Das heißt nicht, dass unsere Kunden doof und verständnislos sind. Vielmehr sind wir es. So haben wir zumindest diese Woche gelernt, dass man – wie früher in den analogen Zeiten – Kunden an die Hand nehmen muss und erklären muss, was Maßnahmen beinhalten und welche Art von Denkarbeit, welche Mengen an Umsetzungszeit und welchen Umfang an Knowhow sie häufig erfordern.
